Do you offer pick-up from your studio?

Call us and place your order over the phone if you’d like to collect direct from our studio. We’re happy to accommodate your request.   

Do you offer sibling photos at schools?

As some schools do not allow sibling photos, we ask that you contact us if you would like these taken. Notice should be given more than 48 hours before photo day so we can ensure we are able to fulfil all requests.

How can I order my formal photos?

An event code and password will be emailed to all attendees by the school shortly after the formal. Simply enter this code into the field at the top of this website, and click ‘View Event’.

Enter the password on the following page, and you will be redirected to the event gallery from there to browse through all the photos.

How long will galleries be available for viewing and ordering?

We keep the galleries online for 6 weeks before they are archived. If you would like to re-order photos after the 6 weeks has expired there will be a small archive fee included in the prices for the gallery to uploaded again.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We edit each photo in-house after it has been ordered, we then print the images right here in our studio then send them out via Australia Post.  While we endeavour to keep this process as quick as possible, in certain peak periods this may take a little longer than usual. For this reason, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

How much do you charge for formal photography?

We offer the flexibility to customise your formal photography based on your school’s requirements. There are several packages available, including our popular pre-paid option. Discuss with us what your needs are and we will be more than happy to provide a free quote.

I forgot to order photos and now the gallery has expired. Can I still order?

We are able to upload a gallery again if requested. We do however charge a small archive fee to do so which is built into the prices. If you require this service please get in contact with us.

I’ve lost the event code. How can I access the gallery to order photos?

No problem at all, these things happen. Please contact us for assistance.

Is my personal information safe on your website?

All orders and payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. The security of your personal details are of the utmost importance to us, for this reason do not store any credit card information at all.

What are my options for payment?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal through our website. If you would prefer to pay via cheque or money order, please contact us with the image numbers you’d like to purchase.

Why can’t I see my child’s school photo?

Your family’s privacy is important to us. For this reason we do not upload school photos to our website. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your photos once received, simply return the images within 14 days of receiving them and we will be happy to issue a full refund.
